‘Overcoming Anxiety with Meditation’

Course description:
When Anxiety arises it threatens to overwhelm us. Meditation gives us the mental space we need to retain control and develop stability. In time we become more relaxed, confident and comfortable in our own skin. This course will provide practical, real life meditative tools for taking back control from anxiety.
About our courses:
​Guided by experienced meditation teachers, this course includes guided meditations, teaching, Q&A and the opportunity for relaxed and informal conversation in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Mandy currently teaches the drop in classes in Hereford & Ludlow as well as leading half day courses. A sincere practitioner who's enthusiasm for Dharma and joy in Buddha's wisdom is reflected in her teachings.

Note: Access is via a passage off King Street, adjacent to an estate agent.

Parking:

There are car parks in the vicinity of the venue - the closest is Greyfriars and the cheapest is Merton Meadow which is a 15 minute walk from the Friends Meeting House - further details of car parking options can be found here.

Facility fee:

£12 (£7 unwaged) or £6 (£3.50 unwaged) per session including lunch and refreshments. To book: call 01384 569956 or by using the secure online facility.  Part day bookings available.
