Course description:

Re-energise your Summer with a morning of meditation and good company in our beautiful Buddhist Centre. This will be a rejuvenating and uplifting course, sharing the opportunity to connect to a peaceful and inspired mind. Together we will explore methods to take that peace with you so you can make the most of the rest of Summer. Suitable for beginners.

About our courses:
​Guided by experienced meditation teachers, this course includes guided meditations, teaching, Q&A and the opportunity for relaxed and informal conversation in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Course structure:

10am - first session / 11:15am - refreshments / 11:45am - second session / 1pm - lunch

The Teacher For This Course:  Roland Jones

Roland Jones

Roland is the teacher at our Bewdley drop-in class and also leads half day courses. Roland is an experienced practitioner and teacher with a heartfelt enthusiasm for helping people to gain personal experience of meditation.

Facility fee:

​£12 (£7 unwaged) for the whole course, or £6 (£3.50 unwaged) per session. 16s and under free.


We serve a complimentary light lunch after the course. Spaces for this are limited so we advise early booking if you’d like to join us for lunch.

Booking for 16s and under:

If you wish to book a free place for someone who is 16 or under then please contact us so we can add them to the booking list.

Booking for monthly subscribers:

If you have a monthly subscription which includes weekend courses then you just need to let us know you're attending by emailing us (click here to send us an email). When you email please state whether you are staying for lunch. Please be aware that courses do get fully booked, so please book as early to avoid disappointment!
