When Anxiety arises it threatens to overwhelm us. Meditation gives us the mental space we need to retain control and develop stability. In time we become more relaxed, confident and comfortable in our own skin. This course will provide practical, real life meditative tools for taking back control from anxiety.

The Teacher For This Course:
The principal teacher at Jangchub Ling is Kelsang Khechog. Khechog was ordained in 2006 by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. After studying for a number of years on the Teacher Training Programme at the internationally renowned Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre near Derby, Khechog was appointed as the Resident Teacher of JLC in September 2009. Known for his considerate and thoughtful nature, Khechog presents Buddha’s teachings with clarity, showing how to connect these beautiful methods with the realities of modern daily life.
£12 (£7 unwaged) for the whole course, or £6 (£3.50 unwaged) per session.
