Sunday, 24th March, 10am - 1pm
A kind mind is a happy mind, but we need to cultivate it wisely. Saying ‘no’ is as important as saying, ‘yes’ if we want to help others. On this course we will explore not just how to cultivate our kind heart, but how to use it to create boundaries which benefit both ourself and those around us.
About our courses:
Guided by experienced meditation teachers, our courses include guided meditations, teaching, Q&A and the opportunity for relaxed and informal conversation in the comfortable and friendly surrounds of our dedicated meditation space and cafe. Hundreds of people just like you come to our classes and courses every month to enjoy the peaceful, supportive atmosphere and practical guidance that makes a real difference to every day life.
