Guided by experienced meditation teachers, our courses include guided meditations, teaching, Q&A (where possible) and the opportunity for relaxed and informal conversation in the comfortable and friendly surrounds of our dedicated meditation space and cafe. Hundreds of people just like you come to our classes and courses every month to enjoy the peaceful, supportive atmosphere and practical guidance that makes a real difference to every day life.​

All these events take place in our Cradley Heath Centre unless otherwise stated.

Including meditation and practical teachings that show us how to create and maintain a peaceful mind in our daily activities. These courses are suitable for beginners or those who want to deepen their understanding of meditation.

These courses provide an opportunity to explore particular meditations in more depth. They are still suitable for beginners and explaining practical, positive ways of thinking that can be applied to our daily lives. Each course includes two sessions of teachings and two sessions of meditations, all of which include some simple prayers which you are welcome to join in if you wish.

Less talk, more meditation but still with plenty of guidance. Each session lasts an hour and is broken up into a body relaxation, a breathing meditation to get settled, some guidance in the form of a short explanation and a second meditation related to the theme of the retreat.

Weekend Courses

We design our weekend courses so you can attend any part of them and still benefit. Weekend courses often include empowerments, a special ceremony where we have the opportunity to draw close to a particular Buddha.

Retreats provide us with the opportunity to deepen our meditation experience. Retreats are organised for differing levels of experience from beginners to Highest Yoga Tantric practitioners.
