It’s easy to be swept along by life, feeling like it’s just happening to you. This course will help us to meet each moment peacefully and with purpose by introducing Buddhist perspectives on our own impermanence and past and future lives. These powerful meditations free us from the daily worries which weigh us down and provide us with the perspective we need to use whatever each moment brings us in the most meaningful and positive way.
10am - first session / 11:15 - break / 11:45am second session / 1pm - lunch / 2pm - third session including Q&A / 3:15pm - finish.

The Teacher For This Course:
The principal teacher at Jangchub Ling is Gen Kelsang Khechog. Khechog was ordained in 2006 by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. After studying for a number of years on the Teacher Training Programme at the internationally renowned Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre near Derby, Khechog was appointed as the Resident Teacher of JLC in September 2009. Known for his considerate and thoughtful nature, Khechog presents Buddha’s teachings with clarity, showing how to connect these beautiful methods with the realities of modern daily life.
- Note re lunch: If booking for the morning only, please choose, 'morning only (2 sessions - with lunch)' if you would like to stay for lunch, or, 'morning only (2 sessions - no lunch)' if you do not intend to stay for lunch. There are 'unwaged' options for this also.
