book-How-to-Understand-the-Mind-frnt-667x1024

About these classes:

In these classes we have the opportunity to look at Buddhist meditation in more depth. Currently classes are based around the book How to Understand the Mind.  It is not necessary to have the book to attend, if you’d like to give the class a try please come along at any time.

Are these classes suitable for beginners?

Yes. These classes differ from our others in that they start with, 'Prayers for Meditation' (about 15 minutes) and have one meditation rather than two, but are the same in that they are designed so you can drop-in at any time, regardless of your experience, and learn some practical methods to make your mind more peaceful and positive.
