Monday, 9th September - ‘How to Connect With Others’
Feeling connected to others is essential for our happiness. The meditation taught in this class will provide a powerful method to break through the mental walls that separate us.

Monday, 16th September - ‘Creating Inner Equality’
Just as we wish to be free from suffering and experience only happiness, so do all other beings. In this respect, we are no different from any other being; we are all equal. In this class we will learn a meditation to take this truth to heart and so create a deeply positive transformation in our mind

Monday, 23rd September - ‘How to Reduce Negativity’
We all know when we’re being negative, but that doesn’t mean we know what our negativity is. In this class we will use Buddha’s teachings to get very clear on the nature of our negativity and so empower ourselves to finally reduce its strength.
