Who are we and what do we offer?

These classes are run by Jangchub Ling Buddhist Centre, a centre for Modern Buddhism based in Cradley Heath in the Black Country. We offer practical, accessible meditation classes for people from all walks of life and all levels of experience, including complete beginners. Our classes can be attended individually and no pre-booking is required. We provide guidance and support from experienced practitioners on how to develop a successful, sustainable meditation practice in the midst of this crazy modern world. We hope to welcome you soon! About the classes in Worcester:

Mondays, 1 – 2pm & 7:30 – 9pm. Please drop-in to any class at any time. With Resident Teacher Kelsang Khechog

Venue: The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, WR1 3PD. See class list below to see which room we're in on a given date.

Dates: Classes run throughout the year, usually with breaks for the school holidays. See 'upcoming classes' below for current dates.

Facility fee: £6 per class / £3.50 concessions (retired, unemployed etc.). The fee includes refreshments.
No need to book, attend individual classes.
