Course description:

‘Realising we could depart for future lives at any time is the most powerful way to find peace both now and in the future. Holding this powerful perspective causes us to deeply prioritise peaceful minds, to let go of worrisome minds and to live each moment as a step towards lasting peace. On this course learn how to skilfully harness meditation on your own impermanence and make every moment a joyful step in the journey of a meaningful life.’

About our courses:

Guided by experienced meditation teachers, our courses include guided meditations, teaching, Q&A and the opportunity for relaxed and informal conversation in the comfortable and friendly surrounds of our dedicated meditation space and cafe. Course structure:

10am - first session / 11:15am - refreshments / 11:45am - second session / 1pm - lunch
