About these classes:
In this class we are currently exploring meditations from the book, 'The New Eight Steps to Happiness'. Each week we learn about a new meditation and how to put it into practice in our daily life.
Are these classes suitable for beginners?
Yes. This class differs from our others in that it starts with, 'Prayers for Meditation' (about 15 minutes) and has one meditation rather than two, but is the same in that it is designed so people can drop-in at any time, regardless of experience, and learn some practical meditative methods to make your mind more peaceful and positive.
