‘What is Karma?’

Sunday, 18th August, 10am to 3.15pm

To understand karma is to understand the creative power of our own mind. Meditating on karma allows us to take that understanding to heart, gain control over the direction our life is taking and to meet each moment peacefully, confident in the knowledge that we are creating a better world for ourself through our positive actions. On this course we will learn how to harness the ancient technology of Buddhist meditation on karma in the setting of modern life. This course is suitable for everyone, including complete beginners and non-Buddhists.

Course structure:
10am - first session / 11:15 - break / 11:45am second session / 1pm - lunch / 2pm - third session including Q&A / 3:15pm - finish.
Please see below for booking options.
