Course description:

Start 2020 with an inspiring course on how to become the best possible version of yourself through meditation, a shift in mind set and adopting positive habits. Gen Khechog will share tools for transformation presented within Buddhas teachings and how they can be applied in our busy modern lives. Through taking these teachings to heart we can move towards realising our true human potential for happiness and increase our capacity to help others.

About our courses:

​​Guided by experienced meditation teachers, this course includes guided meditations, teaching, Q&A and the opportunity for relaxed and informal conversation in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Course structure:

10am - first session / 11:15am - refreshments / 11:45am - second session / 1pm - finish

The Teacher For This Course: 

Kelsang Khechog

The principal teacher at Jangchub Ling is Gen Kelsang Khechog. Khechog was ordained in 2006 by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. After studying for a number of years on the Teacher Training Programme at the internationally renowned Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre near Derby, Khechog was appointed as the Resident Teacher of JLC in September 2009. Known for his considerate and thoughtful nature, Khechog presents Buddha’s teachings with clarity, showing how to connect these beautiful methods with the realities of modern daily life.

Facility fee:

​£12 (£7 unwaged) for the whole course, or £6 (£3.50 unwaged) per session.
