drop in classes

There are two regular drop-in meditation classes offering practical instruction on how to enjoy a peaceful, positive mind in modern daily life. Suitable for everyone, including complete beginners. We hope to welcome you soon!

What happens in a class?​​

All Classes consist of guided meditation, some explanation from the Teacher, informal discussion and Q&A over refreshments. For some FAQ about our classes click here. For more info about who we are click here.

Class times: Mondays from 1 - 2pm and 7:30 – 9pm.  No need to book, please drop-in to any class at any time. Both classes with Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Khechog

Venue: The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, WR1 3PD. See class list below to see which room we're in on a given date.

Dates: Classes run throughout the year, usually with breaks for the school holidays. See 'upcoming classes' below for current dates.

​Hive parking information: Please click here for parking information on the Hive website. We recommend the Cattlemarket car park, which is £1 between 7 & 9pm and free after 9.

Facility fee: £6 per class / £3.50 concession (retired, unemployed etc.) including refreshments.

Booking: No need to book, attend individual classes.
